1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Owens Hill Collective LLC DBA OH Studio ("Agency", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Our Agency provides creative services including but not limited to graphic design, web design, video and animation, and marketing strategies. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project

• Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner

• Pay for services as agreed upon in the contract

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. The Agency retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Revisions and Alterations

The number of revisions included in the project scope will be specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without explicit permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. The client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
